1. The equipment investment is small, and one powder conveyor can replace two or four bin pumps, reducing equipment investment.
  
2. Low pressure conveying, working pressure 0.02– 0.1MPa, The pipeline has minimal wear, good equipment sealing, reliable operation, no blockage or leakage, and a long service life.

Energy saving and consumption reducing, the gas source adopts Roots blower (or existing compressed air power source can be used, and the central gas source provides centralized gas supply to multiple system equipment), with low electricity consumption. Working principle of fully automatic pneumatic conveyor
  
Pneumatic conveyor is a specific application of fluidization technology that utilizes the energy of airflow to transport granular materials along the direction of powder transportation in a closed pipeline. Powder conveyor is a pump type pneumatic conveying equipment that uses air flow as a carrier medium to transport particles and powdery materials under certain conditions. The SFJ type powder conveyor belongs to the category of low-pressure dilute phase conveying. It is powered by a Roots blower and uses the principle of gas source jet to transport powdered materials through the injection effect of high-speed airflow. In the transportation process of such systems, the air density changes little and the system pressure loss is small. When the Roots blower is running, the air volume can remain relatively constant. When the pipeline resistance increases, the outlet pressure increases, which is less likely to cause pipeline blockage.
  
The structure of the pneumatic conveyor device is simple, easy to operate, and can be used for horizontal, vertical, or inclined conveying. During the conveying process, it can also perform physical operations such as heating, cooling, drying, and air flow classification of materials, as well as certain chemical operations. Compared with mechanical conveying, pneumatic conveying has obvious advantages in energy saving and consumption reduction. Mechanical conveying consumes more energy, particles are easily damaged, and equipment is also susceptible to abrasion. Materials with high moisture content, adhesive properties, or static electricity generated during high-speed movement are not suitable for powder conveying.
  
Installation, operation and maintenance of fully automatic pneumatic conveyor
  
Fully automatic pneumatic conveyors are generally installed at the bottom of the material warehouse and must be securely fixed, with fixed inlet and outlet ducts. At the same time, ensure that the air duct is on the horizontal line and all connections are sealed to prevent air leakage.
  
When a newly put into operation pneumatic conveying pump or changes the material being conveyed, sufficient lubricating oil should be added to the outer chamber of the movable air duct first, and then the distance between the nozzle and the spray head should be adjusted through the actuator to change the distance between the movable air duct. Through debugging, a relatively ideal position should be selected and the scale should be marked at the same time to start normal operation. When stopping the machine, the nozzle and spray head should be closed first and all the material in the pipeline should be delivered before stopping the air flow.
